At the end of your lease, you've also got the flexibility to choose what's right for you. You can pay out the lease and keep your car, continue with the benefits and convenience of a lease extending with a refinance or, you can upgrade to a new car with a new lease.

With the introduction of the Electric Vehicle Discount, certain vehicles are FBT-exempt, which means you could save even more with a Novated Lease.
You’ll pay 100% of the car finance and running costs from your pre-tax salary on zero and low-carbon emission cars including:
- Battery electric cars
- Hydrogen fuel cell electric cars
- Plug-in hybrid electric cars (only exempt until 1 April 2025)
and where the car retail value is below the luxury car threshold of $91,387 (current as at 2024/25). Or, in the case of a used or ex-demonstrator model, where the previous owner/s didn’t pay luxury car tax.

Your Novated Leasing account
Your online account and dashboard will give you a snapshot of your current balance compared to leasing budget, a claims summary, quick links to make an out-of-pocket car expense claim, as well as check your lease details and review your registration, maintenance and tyres budgets.
If you don’t have or don’t know your online account login details, simply select the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and follow the prompts. Please use the email address we’d have on file for you (as your username), we’ll send you an email to verify your account and you’ll then be able to set your password.
Your driver's guide
Your driver's guide provides information that will come in handy throughout the life of your lease. You can always access your guide from our FleetPartners app, but we'd also recommend you download the guide. It'll provide you with contact numbers and details for booking a service, maintenance, glass and windscreen repairs and also what to do in the unfortunate event of an accident.

Out-of-pocket reimbursements
If you incur an out-of-pocket charge for a car-related expense such as servicing, maintenance, insurance, registration or even oil, lubricants or a car wash, you can easily submit a claim for reimbursement. We'll reimburse eligible expenses from your Novated Leasing budget and you'll still enjoy the tax savings! You can either submit an online claim (you'll be reimbursed faster if you submit online) or you can email us your completed claim form - whichever suits you!
Free concierge service
One Call is our free concierge service for the ultimate in convenience. Save 1800 333 100 to your mobile and hit speed dial whenever you need to book a service, replace tyres and fix or replace a windscreen. If you'd prefer to use your own service provider, that's fine too. Be sure to tell your provider that your car is managed by FleetPartners - they'll need to contact us on your behalf on 1300 666 001 and our maintenance team will assess the work repairs and ensure you're not paying too much or paying for things your car doesn't need.
We've got you, 24/7
We know that cars don't just break down during office hours, which is why we offer 24/7 national roadside assistance (if it's included in your lease). Simply call us on 1300 666 001 for support and repairs on the side of the road, or a tow, if your car needs electricity or can't be fixed immediately.
Is it time for rego renewal?
If you've received a registration renewal notice, simply scan or photograph the document and email it to registration@fleetpartners.com.au. FleetPartners will renew your registration on your behalf, so you won't be out-of-pocket. We'll send you an SMS when it's done (if you don't receive an SMS by the due date, please contact us immediately).
Have your driving patterns changed?
The budgets for your running costs are based on your driving patterns. So, if your patterns have changed - you're doing more and less kilometres than you anticipated - simply call us on 1300 666 001 (and select option 4) and we can make changes to your lease. We recommend that you make any necessary changes throughout your lease, so that you don't have a budget shortfall or surplus at the end of your lease.
Lost, stolen or damaged fuel cards
Your fuel cards are like cash... so if you need a replacement fuel card because yours has been lost, stolen or damaged, call us immediately on 1300 666 001 (and select option 4) or email fuelcards@fleetpartners.com.au.

At the end of your Novated Lease, you've got THREE OPTIONS and you can choose whichever one best suits you - we're here to assist.

Your three end-of-lease options
Pay out your lease and keep your car
If you love your car and decide to keep it, our team will issue you a pay out letter containing all relevant details to arrange payment of the residual value. Once the residual value has been paid and the lease finalised, the car is all yours! But keep in mind that the tax savings and convenience that comes with a Novated Lease will also stop, including insurance (if supplied by FleetPartners) and fuel cards.
Our team will then prepare and issue your Novated Lease account reconciliation. A copy is emailed to you and your payroll department and if there is a surplus or deficit of funds in your account, final adjustments are made in your next available pay run.
Extend your lease by refinancing
If you decide to extend your lease, our team will issue you a quote to refinance the current value of the car (the residual value).
Once you’ve signed your new lease quote, you may be asked to complete a new credit application. If required, we’ll guide you through the process.
Our team will then issue you with your final loan contracts which you’ll need to sign and return to us and on the last day of your existing lease, we’ll process the settlement of your new lease and start your new lease. Once your new lease commences, you can continue to drive your car as previously and you continue to enjoy the tax savings and convenience of a Novated Lease.
Upgrade to a new car
This is the most exciting option, as you’ll take delivery of a new car!
Our team will guide you through the process of upgrading your car and the options for disposal of your existing car.
It’s important to start this process early so that we can do our best to align the last day of your existing lease with the first day of your new lease – this means you won’t be without a car or, have a second unwanted car to deal with.
